Mentorship
I'll share what I've learned about school, training, and staying committed when things get hard. I'll talk about asking for help, learning from others, and using discipline and hard work in the classroom and on the mat.

Wrestling has taught me discipline, preparation, and how to handle pressure. Now I'm using those lessons to help build my future as a student-athlete. I stay focused, I work hard, and I inspire others to find their next move in sports, school, and life.
I learned it in the room.
The work is simple: show up, stay ready, and make the next move count.
01 / About me
I'm still chasing what's next.
I'm Zytavius Williams. I'm a son, a brother, a grandson, and a cool cousin. I'm just a guy from Minneapolis, Minnesota, who happens to be a college student-athlete and wrestler at North Dakota State University, where I'm studying Sport Management.
Wrestling has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of trusting the process. I'm focused on continuing to grow, chasing bigger goals, and using my platform to inspire and support the next generation of athletes.
Keep showing up. Keep learning. Trust the process.
